Singapore Comic Con (SGCC) 2023 Booth Highlight - Hailing All Transformer Fans To Hasbro's Cybertron Fest

A section of this year's Singapore Comic Convention (SGCC) happening on 9 and 10 December 2023 at Sands Expo and Convention Center will become a stomping ground for Transformers fans! Hasbro's Transformers: Cybertron Fest 2023 will be taking up ample space at B2 Hall E for fans to immerse themselves in the world of Transformers.

Seriously, based on the press release, there is just so much Transformers that any Transformers fan would probably die happy hanging out in that festival space for the entire day.

Many years ago, a creepy interactive toy called Furby took the world by storm. It was a Mogwai-looking creature-thing that could blink its eyes and chatter incessantly, and it either charmed or infuriated households everywhere.

If you are one of those who misses teaching robotic toys tricks, Red Dot Diva says to take heart. Thanks to Hasbro, the new rebooted and refurbished Furby will be coming back to create some mischief and stalk your hallways!

Cybertron Convention 2012: Going Behind The Scenes - A Media Preview

Most of you should be well acquainted with the fact that Red Dot Diva is very inquisitive.

So she could not pass up the chance when she was invited for a special media preview to check out what's happening behind the scenes just a day before the Transformers Cybertron Convention 2012 opens.

There was one thing that she decided to do a little differently for the Cybertron Convention. It was to rope in a Red Dot Dude aka Andre aka Million Dollar Smile to help her cover the event. An extra pair of hands is always very useful when one needs more photo coverage or watch out for other stuff happening at the same time!

Frankly.... Red Dot Diva just couldn't help snickering at the images that steamrolled into her email in-box that day.

You see, well-loved Transformers characters Autobots Optimus Prime and Bumblebee decided to drop in to the Red Dot Island last week. And the first thing they did was to have a taste of the iconic Singaporean breakfast consisting of kopi-O, kaya toast and you tiao at the Old Airport Road Food Centre.

Transformers Cybertron Con To Create Sparks In Singapore

It's just not enough that the world's first ever Transformers The Ride made its debut at Universal Studios Singapore recently.

The 3D ride, which has been gaining increasing popularity since it opened, was based on the Transformers brand by Hasbro and the loudly explosive movie franchise by director Michael Bay. Red Dot Diva cannot comment much about the ride, for she has not experienced the thrill yet. In fact, she has not even stepped foot at Universal Studios Singapore before. Any kind ticket sponsors out there? Hint, hint.

Eager to create more sparks and Transformers hype in the region, Resorts World Sentosa will be the proud host of the first ever Transformers Cybertron Con in South-East Asia this coming March. The convention, organized together with mega toy brand company Hasbro, will be held at the Resorts World Convention Centre from March 11-14.
