Geek Out At XM Studios' Life-Sized Batcave at - So Instagrammable!

Holy Bat Lair! Red Dot Diva has finally visited XM Studios' life-sized Batcave at their show area in Kitchener Complex, and it made her geek girl heart sing.

The award-winning premium collectibles studio launched its 1:30 scale Batcave on Batman Day 2022 in collaboration with with Warner Bros. Consumer Products and DC. As you enter the Batcave, you would immediately be drawn to this gorgeous and intricate Batman: White Knight (Batcycle Edition) figure. Love the "flying cape", which imbues the sculpture with a sense of energy.

Within the secret lair itself, you can check out the Caped Crusader's communications system, Bat computer and his weapons. There is also a Trophy Room showing off the artifacts of Batman's battles and skirmishes with Gotham's colourful villains.

The most eye-catching display though, is the one in the middle of the room. It is the large and highly detailed early prototype of the Batcave diorama. If you have the budget and the space, you will be able to own one for yourself too. The model consists of modular components, so collectors will be able to customize the look of the Batcave to their liking. Check out sample photos below which obviously does not do it enough justice. Red Dot Diva says you have to take a look at it in person to appreciate the painstaking blood, sweat and tears that have gone into its production.

There are also two life-sized Batman statues that is a great spot for taking selfies. Don't forget to strike your superhero pose!

Leading up to the Batman Day celebration, XM Studios has also launched a series of sculpted collectibles that include the XM’s Classic, White Knight, Death Metal, and Samurai series. Red Dot Diva has a penchant for the Samurai series. She enjoys seeing the feudal Japanese elements on her favourite characters from the Batman universe. Here are the new versions of Batman Shugo and The Joker Orochi.

Do you need to get a Batman collectible to commemorate this year's Batman Day? Browse and buy them at XM Studios' merchandise shop. There are exclusive DC goodies, like the in-house produced Batman Samurai Collection utility key rings, small pouches and card holders. Or, maybe you might want to purchase a cute t-shirt, bag, toy, or action figure.

Royal Selangor's range of DC Comics pewter figurines are sleek and interesting statement pieces too. Red Dot Diva wishes she could own these classy looking figurines. (dreams...)

Since she was on a budget, all Red Dot Diva managed to score was a Spin Master Batman 4 inch Action Figure. Because she bought a DC product, she also got a Batman Hush comic for free, courtesy of GnB Comics! The offer ends on 2 October, and while stocks last.

So, why not drop by XM Studios to ogle at the Batcave, and fulfill your geek shopping needs too? It makes for a fun adventure for half an hour or so! (That is if you are not vain, and taking loads of photos and videos, like Red Dot Diva!)
