Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return To Hogwarts - A Magical, Moving Reunion For The Cast And Fans

Dumbledore: "After all this time?"
Snape: "Always."

During her wee childhood years, Red Dot Diva was usually found submerged in books of fairy tales and fantasy. She devoured books like candy, and her imagination took her far far away to very British worlds of boarding schools and magical creatures like elves, wizards and centaurs.

When J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter books were published, Red Dot Diva was already a grown woman, but that did not stop her from getting back in touch with her inner child. She was caught up by the detailed lore, and the books' many intriguing characters and creatures. It had been a long time since a book series have managed to capture her wild imagination. However, there was also a familiarity to the Harry Potter books.

Red Dot Diva attended an Anglican-run primary and secondary girls' school with similar terminologies, like prefects and headmistresses. Every schoolgirl was put into a school house - somewhat like the Sorting Hat. In her case, the houses were named after the colours of Red, Blue, Green and Yellow, and she had fond memories of challenges between the different houses where points were given by the teachers. So, when she was watching HBO Max's HARRY POTTER 20TH ANNIVERSARY: RETURN TO HOGWARTS, she felt like she was travelling in a personal time portal too.

Daniel Radcliffe is a Medieval Prince in Miracle Workers: Dark Ages, Premieres 29 January 2020 on Warner TV Asia!

For those whose head canon consists of Daniel Radcliffe being a prince, your wish has been granted!

In “MIRACLE WORKERS: DARK AGES”, Daniel Radcliffe returns to the anthology series created by humourist Simon Rich, together with cast mates Steve Buscemi, Geraldine Viswanathan, Karan Soni, Jon Bass, and Lolly Adefope. The series premieres on 29 January 2020 at 10:40 PM, and will air weekly, on every Wednesday, via Warner TV (Star Hub TV CH. 515 and Singtel TV CH. 306).

It is the medieval times, and a group of peasants are trying to cope with the "extreme income inequality, poor healthcare, and widespread ignorance", not to mention the danger of being publicly killed in the village square for any small reason. Meanwhile, the insipid Prince tries to live up to his ancestors' badassery and bloodlust, except that all he is really interested in are his ducks. Yep, you read it right. Ducks.

SDCC 2014: Daniel Radcliffe, Alejandra Aja and Joe Hill Will Be Showing Off their "HORNS"!

This piece of very interesting San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) news came trickling into Red Dot Diva's mailbox earlier this morning.

The movie "Horns" will be promoted at the convention!

The movie is adapted from Joe Hill's (yes, he's the son of horrormeister Stephen King!) 2010 dark-fantasy novel of the same name. The book and movie unravels the tale about a guy called Ig Perrish, who woke up with horns suddenly growing on his head and wielding unexpected powers after his girlfriend's mysterious rape and murder.

"Horns", which was directed by Alejandre Aja ("The Hills Have Eyes", "Piranha 3D") with screenplay by Keith Bunin, premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival last year.

What's most intriguing about the film adaptation was finding out that Daniel Radcliffe is in the lead role as Ig Perrish. The young actor seems determined to head in a different and darker direction from his Harry Potter days! The movie also stars Juno Temple, James Remar and Heather Graham.

It's time to whip out one's wands and practise those spells. Red Dot Diva says there simply ain't much time left.

The "Harry Potter" movie series will be coming to an end with an epic but expected showdown between the young wizard and the nasssstiesssssst nose-lesssss V-illain of all time.

The last movie "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" Part 2 (directed by David Yates) will premiere in UK/ USA on 15th July 2011. Red Dot Diva is sure that it may screen or sneak peak a day or two earlier in Singapore, as the cinema operators here need to combat piracy.
