Winter has arrived in Red Dot Island again!
To escape from the heat and humidity, enjoy a little frost and snow at Changi Airport's “A Frozen Wonderland” as Disney “FROZEN 2” is brought to life at the different terminals, from now till 5 January 2020.
The main installations are held at Terminal 3's Departure Hall.
TERMINAL 3
MEET ELSA, ANNA AND OLAF
Always dreamt of meeting Queen Elsa, Princess Anna and Olaf in person? Here's your chance!
Head to the frozen wonderland at Terminal 3 and get there early to line up because this opportunity is FREE of charge, and there are limited passes available.
Dates: From now till 24 November, and 29 November to 1 December,
Times: 11.30 AM, 2 PM, 3.30 PM, 5 PM and 6.30 PM

At the next photo stop, the friendly snowman Olaf immediately linked his arm to Red Dot Diva's, and Anna said she loved RDD's hair too. Red Dot Diva thought Anna was so effervescent, likeable and pretty. Don't you think so?
FROZEN 2 DIORAMAS
It's a pity Kristoff and Sven were not at Changi Airport in person. Can you imagine a live reindeer at the airport? Hahaha. But there is a beautiful diorama of them set in a northern forest.
Although, Red Dot Diva warns that it might not be a good idea to get too close to a reindeer, when they are focused on something. Just a warning.
There's also another one of Anna and Olaf hang out on a boat.
... and a stone circle with ancient runes that light up.
EXPLORE ARENDELLE & FROZEN 2 PHOTOBOOTH
This is an exclusive experience for Changi Rewards members.
Do not miss stepping into Arendelle Castle on the way to link between Terminal 1 and Jewel.
Characters from the movie will greet you on digital screens as you walk through the castle, and at the end, there is a Frozen 2 “Experience A Magical Adventure” photobooth.
You can select from a choice of 3 Frozen 2 photo frames, and capture a selfie or yourself doing 3 different poses. The e-photo/ video will then be emailed to you.
Notes:
1. You would have to book a slot to enter Arendelle Castle. At the time of this post, the next available slot was on 30 November evening.
2. It took almost half a day for the digital photo to arrive in Red Dot Diva's email inbox.

LET IT SPARKLE AND SHINE LIGHT / SOUND SHOW
As in past Changi winterland events, there will be a special Frozen 2-themed light and sound show at the same area near the Departure hall.
Dates: from now till 5 January 2020
Time: 7.30 PM, 8 PM, 8.30 PM, and 9 PM daily
The giant wave actually moves, and there would be a magical snowfall too. Red Dot Diva will definitely come back to T3 again to enjoy this show!
BRAVE THE FOUR ELEMENTS ACTIVITIES BOOTH
At the Enchanted Forest, there are 4 activities that one can participate in, with a special reveal at the end. It is not for free though. The game passes are redeemable when you spend a minimum of S$50 in a single same day receipt at Changi Airport terminals, or Jewel.
TERMINAL 2
TAKE A SELFIE WITH 3-METRE TALL OLAF
Stroll over to Terminal 2, and there is a 3-metre tall Olaf frolicking there. A nice selfie spot for Disney and Frozen movie fans!
JEWEL
ARENDELLE FESTIVE MARKETPLACE
Over at Jewel's Cloud9 Piazza is an Arendelle-inspired marketplace filled with crafts and yummy specialties.
There are also makers' workshops held here for making bears, leather pouches, calligraphy and terrariums. Head to this link to sign up for these workshops.
Following the Frozen 2 theme, Changi Jewel has transformed into a snowy wonderland. However, other than the marketplace, the rest of the experiences held at Shiseido Forest Valley and Canopy Park are not free of charge.
By purchasing tickets to these attractions, you can enjoy the light show, snow walks, spectacular snow falls and get to meet Santa Claus! More details can be found at the Changi Jewel's Sparkling Wonders of Christmas event site.
