If you are one of those who commute on the Circle Line often, you would already have gotten "Frozen" or went into Hydra mode at seeing Captain America's shield. Or maybe even have the urge to go Pew Pew Pew when sitting in the "Star Wars"-themed carriage.
The train car makeovers are a result of an 18-month collaboration between Disney and SMRT. Besides having carriages decorated with characters and iconic symbols from "Frozen", "The Avengers" and "Star Wars", the promotion also extends to SMRT's other retail and digital networks of Disney's brand and franchises, including activities held at the Kallang Wave Mall.
And this is just the first phase. Come Chinese New Year 2015, the trains will be adorned with a "Cinderella" theme to coincide with the live action movie's screening. (By the way, the movie is directed by Kenneth Branagh and stars Lily James and Cate Blanchett.)
One of Red Dot Diva's friend Jas, caught the Circle Line today and snapped a few photos of the concept train carriages to share with everyone.
Here are some of her photos!

No one seems to want to sit on the Dark Side :P |
There is also a contest going on right now till 31 December 2014, where one can win attractive prizes! Click this link for the contest mechanics and instructions on how to join!
With the tie-up going on for a year and a half, Red Dot Diva hedges a strong bet that there would be more themed carriages coming up to promote the new Disney/ Marvel movies slated for release in the near future - "Into The Woods"? Pixar's "Inside Out"? "The Avengers - Age of Ultron"?!
And if there is a "Big Hero 6" train, Red Dot Diva is definitely going to to skip taking the bus and hitch a SMRT ride with Baymax to work!
