It is expected of "The Force" to go viral. Especially when its wielded by a mini Darth Vader!
The adorable Volkswagen commercial called "The Force", caught on like wildfire through the social networks, before it was actually aired during Superbowl. Red Dot Diva first caught it from her friends' feed on Facebook last week.
The popularity was probably due to its use of the universally-known Star Wars character and theme song.
The cute fun ad shows a pint-sized Darth Vader doing an impressive Imperial March around a suburban house attempting to "use the Force" -- on the treadmill, on a doll, on the family dog , even the washing machine .... and finally, "successfully" on the 2012 Passat (thanks to the Dad's key remote and quick thinking).
Red Dot Diva says one can watch this again and go awww...
Later on, the equally enjoyable bloopers for the Passat ad was released too. And this footage definitely answered the question about whether there were sandwiches on the Death Star.
The Today Show revealed the face behind that Darth Vader mask. 6-year-old Max Page is the star of that mini Darth Vader ad, and he is no stranger to acting.

With his golden-blond hair and light-blue/grey eyes, Red Dot Diva dares one not to think that he actually looks like a baby Luke Skywalker/ Mark Hamill!!
Just goes to prove again that smaller packages can be full of the Force! ;)
