ArtScience Museum's "Marvel Studios: Ten Years of Heroes" Exhibition Begins 9 June 2018

"Avengers: Infinity War" is set to have an epic showdown of Thanos versus almost everyone's favourite Marvel superheros. The film, plugged as the biggest movie event of the year, premieres in Red Dot Island on 26 April 2018. It is going to be longest Marvel movie, with a runtime of 2 hours 36 minutes. So, do plan your toilet breaks accordingly!

After watching the "Avengers: Infinity War" movie, Marvel fans can indulge with even more superheroes fun at a special interactive exhibition called "Marvel Studios: Ten Years of Heroes", which will be held at ArtSci Museum. Curating from Marvel's decade of movies (which consists of 19 films in total), the exhibition will present the superheroes, like Iron-Man, Thor, the Hulk, Black Widow, Starlord and more, via cutting-edge AV and media technology.

Fans will be transported into these Marvel cinematic worlds, with interactive exhibits that include segments from the recent international hit "Black Panther", "Thor: Ragnorak", "Avengers: Infinity War" and the upcoming "Ant_man & the Wasp".

As part of the three-year collaboration between Singapore Tourism Board and The Walt Disney Company Southeast Asia, the companies are to join hands in running entertainment themed activities in Red Dot Island. Last year, a list of Star Wars events were held at Gardens by the Bay as well as Orchard Road. This year, the focus is on Marvel's properties.

For  "Marvel Studios: Ten Years of Heroes", ArtSci Museum will be working with SPACElogic and Beast Kingdom on the interactive technology and set design. The exhibition will kick off on 9 June 2018 till 30 September 2018.

Red Dot Diva hopes the "Marvel Studios: Ten Years of Heroes" exhibition will bring more "wow" compared to "Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N." held at Science Centre last year. While the sets and props were superb in that exhibition, the interactive parts consisted mainly of answering multiple choice questions and snapping Augmented Reality photos using the exhibition's app. When a large number of visitors were roaming the exhibition hall, the free wifi became phenomenally slow, and getting interactive meant having your smartphone's battery juice get zapped before you even complete the entire exhibition.

You can buy Early Bird Tickets for "Marvel Studios: Ten Years of Heroes" right now at the museum's website. But first, you have to answer their test question correctly before check out. The question is: What colour is the Time Stone in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as also seen in Marvel Studio's Avengers: Infinity War?

Easy-peasy, right?
